Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before they ship. You can expect to receive your delivery within 3-5 business days after we ship. We currently ONLY ship to U.S. addresses.
Once your order ships, an order summary and tracking number will be sent to your email. You may click on your tracking number to check the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate on the shipping carrier’s website.

We have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges). For further concerns, contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an error was made on our end return shipping is free.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again and/or contact your funding institution. There may be a processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
The most convenient way to exchange your item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Purchased from somewhere else...
If your product was purchased through a LIVE BYFIELD® distributor or retailer, you will need to return to the original purchase location in order to resolve any returns or exchanges.
